Directions
to Empress Business Centre
From the M62/602, follow City Centre
signs A57 Regent Road until you come to a set of traffic lights
with Harry Ramsdens on you right. Go straight on keeping to
the left until you see an underpass A57M. DO NOT GO
ON THE UNDERPASS A57. Take the left hand fork towards
City Centre and Deansgate. Go round the roundabout and take
the exit A56 to Old Trafford, signposted Chester. Continue
down this road and take 1st left (B5014 Old Trafford) immediately
before dual carriageway. Continue until you reach the first
set of traffic lights (make sure you are in the right hand
lane) and turn right into Empress Street. (you are now running
alongside Empress Buildings on your right). At the next junction
turn right into Hadfield Street and then immediately turn
right again into Albert Street and the entrance to Empress
Buildings. Visitors must park their cars in the Visitors car
park, which is situated on the left as you drive in.
From M6, Altrincham, Sale and the M60 (formerly
M63), follow City Centre signs along the A56. After the lights
at Quicks for Fords continue along the A56 (making sure you
are in the right hand lane), passing White City Retail Park
on your right. Just after the main lights at White City take
the right turn signposted Local Traffic keep in the left hand
lane and turn left on to the A56 Chester Road looking for
Trafford Press on your left. At the set of traffic lights
alongside Trafford Press, turn left into Empress Street (you
are now running alongside Empress Buildings on your right)
At the next junction turn into Hadfield Street, and then turn
immediately turn right again into Albert Street and the entrance
to Empress Buildings. Visitors must park their cars in the
visitors car park, which is situated on the left as you drive
in.
From the Mancunian Way A57M
come off at junction signed A56 Old Trafford/Trafford Park/Chester.
At the large roundabout, take the second exit A56 Old Trafford,
signposted Chester, continue down this road and take 1st left
(B54014 Old Trafford) immediately before dual carriageway.
Continue until you reach the first set of traffic lights (make
sure you are in the right hand lane) and turn right into Empress
Street (you are now running alongside Empress Buildings on
your right).At the next junction turn right into Hadfield
Street, and then immediately turn right again into Albert
Street and the entrance to Empress Buildings. Visitors must
park their cars in the visitors car park, which is situated

From Deansgate (City Centre), follow signs
for A56 Old Trafford signposted Chester, continue down this
road and take the 1st left (B5014 Old Trafford) immediately

and turn right into Empress Street (you are now running alongside
Empress Buildings on your right). At the next junction turn
